1. Services
Roma Caminetti Pro provides chimney sweeping, Level 1–3 inspection, masonry repair, waterproofing, dryer vent cleaning and fireplace restoration services in Rome and the Lazio region.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee of €40. Same-day emergency appointments are subject to availability.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted per job after initial assessment. Payment is due upon completion. We accept cash, bank transfer (SEPA) and major credit cards.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee a clean worksite after every chimney service. If not satisfied, we will remedy within 7 days at no additional cost.
5. Liability
Roma Caminetti Pro carries €3,000,000 public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing chimney damage discovered during service.
6. Safety Requirements
The client must ensure a safe and clear working area around the chimney and fireplace during service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
